As far as breasts are concerned, medical experts will never agree that “bigger are better.” Several eyebrows in the medical world shot up when Heidi Montag flaunted her cosmetically acquired F-cup boobs. Doctors warn that those oversized breasts will not only give Heidi back pains, but will also sag with time; moreover, she will not be able to breastfeed because of the pressure created by the implants on the milk ducts.

The reactions of the entertainment industry, on the other hand,

are mixed. Many in Hollywood feel that Heidi’s breasts are too large to be called “natural.” In other words, Heidi looks too plastic to fit into any worthwhile role. Simultaneously, a few appear to feel that they are still not “big enough.”

Spencer Pratt, husband of Heidi Montag, informed Life and Style that his wife was perfectly happy with her recently enhanced breasts till she visited Ryan Seacrest’s radio studio. Reportedly, Ryan said that “her breasts didn’t look that big to him.

” A shocked Heidi returned home and decided that she had to get another enhancement. Pratt told Life and Style that Heidi will further enhance her breasts by 100ccs and that she was not really satisfied with their size anyway. Heidi could go in for another breast enhancement in a couple of months and have it documented to pitch a TV show.

Meanwhile, Hollywood casting directors are tired of plastic beauties and are beginning to prefer natural looks. Hollywood Life reports that Heidi’s marathon

cosmetic surgeries have turned Hollywood away from fake boobs. Usually, Hollywood stars go under the knife to fight ageing; but Heidi Montag got a plastic makeover a bit too early in life by undergoing 10 cosmetic procedures in one sitting, which has unleashed a torrent of criticism against “too much fakery.”

Lauren Loyd, independent producer and award-winning director, complains that “all women look the same: the little noses, the big eyes, the lipo-sucked bodies, the huge breasts.” Another film casting director voices his opinion that faces disproportionately filled with plastic are definitely not wanted. Founder of Big TV Lloyd says that plastic surgery alone will not help a star net lucrative roles, she needs to have drive and talent too. Fox Broadcasting television executives say that they now need to hunt in Australia and Britain for “natural beauty.” Several directors are revolted at the sight of actresses rushing under the cosmetic surgeon’s knife without a second thought.

While Lauren Lloyd says that the industry wants “younger stars to look natural,” she admits that older actresses need to look younger. The industry expects its stars to look everlasting young, natural, fresh, and lovely. The entertainment industry wouldn’t exactly advise its stars not to go in for bigger boobs. They would, however, caution them against overdoing the boob job as Heidi has so obviously done. Excessive plastic surgery for younger stars is definitely out of the question—the expensive procedures will definitely not land them a better role. Ageing stars, on the contrary, are expected to resort to cosmetic surgery to retain their youth.
