Tinnitus Relief

Tinnitus, also known as ‘Artillery Disease’ (as many of the WWI Artillery Regiments acquired it) affects the lives of approximately 1/5 people (these days) and when I say affect this can be from a mild ringing in the ear/ears that is slightly annoying to a seriously annoying ringing to the point of destroying lives by causing people to lose their jobs, not being able to apply for the career they want to attain, insomnia and a by product of all that is depression

Tinnitus can be caused from loud noise, either excessive constant exposure such as having loud tools in work, DJs are massive suffers from this or it can be from just one extreme exposure to a really loud noise which was more my case: I was a victim of an extremely loud explosion in work which in turn gave me temporary tinnitus. I’m sure you have all experienced that when all you can here is that horrible screeching in your ears kind of like listening to Slip knot! Well this screeching

/ringing went within 5 minutes but there was still a quiet ringing in my left ear for approximately 2 months after! When it finally disappeared I was so relieved as I want to be an airline pilot and this would have surely ruined my career choice. It was a happy day for me!

The real trouble started a year or two after that. I was shooting with a friend and being young and stupid we didn’t even think about are defenders, trust me I do now! As we stood at the range my friend was on the left

of me, my already weaker side, as he fired it returned that horrible screeching to my horrified ear, and then he fired again!!! I had to retire to the spectator area and I had that horrible feeling again, my future career choice is once again compromised! I was only 19 at the time and trust me I felt so angry at myself!

Day after day I waited for the ringing to disappear as it had before, but this time it didn’t go. I am now 23 and have only been able to relieve the ringing this year, this is the whole reason I am writing this article as I am over the moon about having my non ringing ear back! Plus my unrestricted career choice J and of course I believe other suffers, YOU, deserve this stress free tinnitus relief also!

There is currently no official cure for tinnitus but there is certain types of tinnitus relief available. Now I have been searching high and low, testing every product that looks adequate and to be totally honest I have only found two ways to achieve tinnitus relief. One is to perform a kind of human drum on your head… bear with me here this really does work, all though I thought it was rubbish when I was reading it! You have to cover your ears with your palms, place your middle fingers slightly above the bottom of your skull and then place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers, slide them off like when you click your fingers. If you do this correctly your index fingers will be drumming the bottom of your skull and you will hear quite a loud drumming noise. Do this approximately 50 times and you will have a form of tinnitus relief! However, this method is only temporary tinnitus relief. It is nice to reduce that ringing for a bit though.

The one other affective method I found is a 2 stage natural product. This is what has yet again saved my life! This may sound a little ‘OTT’ but seriously, this has saved my life! If you have tinnitus you may understand this, depending on what severity of tinnitus you have.
