Indians are losing health

           If we conduct a medical examination of all the citizens of India, we shall find that most of them shall be suffering from diseases, most of them are starving, most of them are not having proper diet, most of them are not having clean food, most of them are not having any knowledge about proper food and in addition to all these short comings, adulteration is on higher side and eve

n we are obliged to have synthetic milk and other product which instead of giving us energy are affecting adversely on our health.

            We know that most of the Indians are poor and therefore, they are not in a position to have two time meals and a large number of them are beggars and eat what they get from houses of others.  We may organize a free kitchen and we shall see that a large number of people shall be collecting there and shall be standing in wait for hours togethe

            Most of the people who are carrying out food preparation work have got no training and most of them are not in a position to keep proper hygienic conditions.  Very few know food value of each item what they are utilizing in their kitchen.  That are the reasons which are turning us weak and physically unfit persons.  If these situations continue with us, a time shall come when we shall be facing shortage of fit person for our army, for our police and for our para

military forces.  There shall be chances when we shall have to import people from other countries to man these units.

            The state had undertaken work of providing mid day meal to students in schools and at the same time there are so many news in news papers where we have been informed that damaged items of grains are supplied to these institutions and sometime there are news that some children fell ill.

›› There is no check on these people and therefore, the common man has been left at the mercy of God who tool has left this world and has already stopped helping the poor.
            So if the present conditions continue, we shall be facing so many difficulties and therefore, the state must come forward and must see that all adulteration and preparation of  synthetic milk and ghee must stop and prices must be kept which are within the reach of common people and they are not forced to purchase low grade grains and other products.  The state must start punishing those who are indulging in these antisocial crimes and these punishment should be severe so that such people may vanish.
